DENZA Malaysia, the luxury intelligent electric vehicle brand under BYD, will mark its first anniversary in the Malaysian market this February by confirming that the DENZA D9 will remain priced unchanged [1] despite the lifting of government EV tax exemptions in 2026.
The DENZA D9, Malaysia’s most popular and No.1 Luxury MPV [2] will continue to be offered at RM259,000 for the FWD variant and RM309,000 for the AWD variant. With over 1,200 units sold in under a year since its establishment in February 2025, DENZA’s first chapter reflects growing trust in the brand’s promise of value, comfort and confidence.
Rather than passing policy changes onto customers, DENZA is focused on protecting ownership confidence while supporting Malaysia’s transition towards electrification.
DENZA Elevates Ownership with Additional Rewards
In conjunction with its first anniversary, DENZA Malaysia is rewarding customers with ownership privileges worth up to RM10,000 for FWD and RM15,000 for AWD variants. These benefits include a complimentary high-power 22kW wallbox charger with professional installation, worth up to RM6,000, a comprehensive six-year or 120,000km free service package, worth up to RM5,000, and a 6-year vehicle warranty. All offers are available for a limited time and are subject to terms and conditions.
Beyond ownership benefits, DENZA owners will also enjoy access to curated lifestyle experiences, including invitation-only events such as the DENZA Golf Cup, premium dining experiences, and exclusive travel privileges to be introduced progressively.
